A package of six thoughts about this young season (very young):
1. I will start with my first mea guilt or the 2025 campaign. I did not understand the Yankees who tendered a contract with Trent Grisham for this season.
It was not just that he played badly in 2024 with an average .190 and a 91 OPS-more. It was not only because his laconic style was, at least, a look of bad body language in a team that had problems with attention and sharpness. It was not only because it was left -handed at a time when the Yankees had turned heavy in that way and needed a better balance/depth of law. It was not only because it cost $ 5 million at a time when Hall Steinbrenner was forcing baseball operations to count on Shohororn other needs on the list.
It was all that added that it seems reckless to bring Grisham back. And with the week of the 24-Gish season in the season, that can still end up being true. But part of the value is the punctuality of value.
