A school surveillance group is presenting a civil rights complaint to the Department of Education (DOE) against the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UWM) about an alleged breed-based scholarship.
Breitbart News learned exclusively to defend the education of education (previously parents defending education) to the Civil Rights Office of Do (OCR) before its presentation on Wednesday. Civil Rights Office Administrative Complaint

UWM lists the criteria chosen for Lawson’s subsidy as follows [emphasis added]:
- Be a Wisconsin resident.
- Identify as African -American, Latin, American native (American Indian/Eskimo), Southeast Asia
or Vietnamese, Cambodia, Laosiano or Hmong decent. - They have reached a second year standing or higher, but they have not yet resorted to their first degree.
- Send the free request for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) every year and should show a student

- Keep full -time registration and complete at least 24 credits in the previous academic year.
