The new and terrifying video shows at the time when the roof of a nightclub of the Dominican Republic suddenly collapsed, killing at least 113 people, including the baseball champion of the World Series Octavio Dotel, and the capture doses of more piles of debris.

Dust fragments could be seen falling from the roof of the busy Jet Set Night Club in Santo Domingo on Tuesday night, when the hordes of the club attendees, including musicians, professional athletes and government officials, packed the dance floor, a sekekening.

The rubble pieces of the ceiling seemed to be scattered on the floor when a handful of worries filmed trying to get away while the merengue singer Rubby Pérez, one of those killed in the tragedy, sang on the stage in the background.

Just seconds later, the roof collapsed, sending huge concrete slabs that crash on the dance floor while the spectators shouted with terror.

Until Wednesday, 113 deaths, they were already confirmed and more than 255 people were outdated, authorities said. The dead included Dotel and another former MLB toleter, Tony Blanco.

Rescue teams silenced the crowds on the scene on Wednesday morning on Wednesday so that they could hear any weak shouts of help buried under the remains of the iconic club.

“We are listening to some sounds,” said the director of the Emergency Operations Center, Juan Manuel Méndez, and added that the teams were focusing on three specific areas.

“We assume that many of them are still alive, and that is why the authorities here will not give up until not a single person remains under those rubble.”

Family and desperate friends gathered at the scene when firefighters eliminated the broken concrete blocks and used wooden boards to lift heavy debris while the noise of the exercises that break the concrete filled the air in the middle of the search.

The confirmed dead included Pérez, the meringue singer who acted at that time, as well as former MLB Dotel and Blanco players.

Dotel, who debuted for the New York Mets in 1999 and played until 2013 for more than one team of dishes, died in a local hospital after being taken from the rubble, said a spokesman from the Ministry of the Nation.

The officials are still trying to determine exactly how many people were inside the club at that time.

Researchers are also investigating the cause of ceiling collapse.
