A man who sued Sean “Diddy” combs for allegedly violating him and humiliating him at a “Freak-Off” party in 2015, while Jay-Z and Beyoncé were now present, he says that the married ones are never really there.

Joseph Manzaro filed a complaint amended in Florida on Friday, obliged by page six, in which he has now eliminated the names of Jay-Z and Beyoncé of the legal documents completely.

The accuser said in his original complaint, presented earlier this month, that the collaborators “drunks in love” were among the famous party attendees who witnessed that Comink attacked him and forced him to use a Christian with the Hop-Hop-Hop-Hop-Hop-Hop-Hop-Hop-Hop-Hop-Ebbatling penis.

However, Page Six has learned that Jay-Z’s lawyers and Beyoncé have been able to show that Neether Grammy Winner was at that time because they do not approach Miami, where he is in place.

An article by Washington Square News places Jay-Z, 55, in an appearance at the NYU at that time, and shortly after he and Beyoncé, 43, made a romantic trip to Hawaii, for photos previously obtained by the Daily Mail.

Page Six has communicated with Manzaro’s lawyer to comment on the apparent error, but did not receive an immediate response. We also contacted the representatives of Jay-Z and Beyoncé to comment.

The legal victory is the last victory for the rapper “Empire State of Mind”, whose own demand for violation against him was recently dismissed. He is now demanding that accuser and his lawyer for defamation and extortion after she supposedly retracted, but then kept his statements.

However, despite the elimination of Jay-Z and Beyoncé from Manzaro’s demand, there are other great stars that are still named in the complaint.

The accuser reaffirms in his complaint amended the statement that LeBron James, Gloria Estefan and Emilio Estefan were present in the alleged part of “monsters” of 2015, as he had insisted on his initial presentation.

However, James’s representative previously said to SIX page: “This is demonstrable, very false and does not even deserve a report or response. A basic search on the Internet shows what LeBron was doing all April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never.”

A 67 -year -old Gloria representative, and Emilio, 72, also told us that “they strongly deny the accusations made.”

The combs legal team, meanwhile, was added in response to Manzaro’s accusations: “This complaint shows that depraved plaintiffs will travel to obtain holders in the search or a payment day.

“No sensible person who reads this complaint could accredit this story. Mr. combs hopes to have his day in the court where they are thesis, and the perverse motifs of those who told them will be revealed.”
