(AP) -Russia and the main diplomats of Ukraine used on Saturday a high -level conference in Turkey to once again exchange accusations of violating a tentative negotiation agreement of the United States to stop attacks on energy infrastructure, underlining the end of the war of war to the war of war to the war of war.

The two Foreign Ministers spoke in separate events in the Annual Diplomacy Forum of Antalya, one day after the American envoy Steve Witkoff with with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss peace perspectives. The European allies of Ukraine promised thousands of millions of dollars on Friday to help Kyiv continue fighting Russia’s invasion.

While Moscow and kyiv in principle agreed last month to implement a high limited fire of 30 days, they issued contradictory statements shortly after their separated conversations with US officials in Saudi Arabia. They differed at the start of stopping the strikes, and alleged almost motionless infractions on the other side.

“The Ukrainians have attacked us in the legs from the beginning, every day, perhaps with or three exceptions,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, and added that Moscow would promulgate the United States, Turkey, a klist list a list of a duration a duration list a duration of a duration to the duration of a duration of the duration of the duration.

A representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told the state media separately on Saturday that Moscow has been sharing intelligence with the United States with respect to more than 60 supposed Breeaches of the agreement by kyiv.

Lavrov insisted on Saturday that Russia had attached to the terms of the agreement.

His Ukrainian counterpart, Andrii Sybiha, fiercely challenged that statement, saying that Russia had launched “almost 70 missiles, more than 2,200 (explosives) drones and more than 6,000 guided air pumps in Ukraine, Suince Gause to the cilians.

“This clearly shows the world that peace intervenes and who the horses of war,” he said.

The Russian forces have the advantage in Ukraine, and kyiv warned that Moscow is planning a new spring offensive to increase pressure on their enemy and improve its negotiation position.

Ukraine has supported a broader proposal of high the Fire in the US, but Russia has effectively blocked it by imposing great rota conditions. European governments have accused Putin or dragging their feet.

“Russia has to move” on the way to end the war, published the president of the United States, Donald Trump, on social networks on Friday. He said the war is “terrible and sensitive.”

Lavrov reiterated on Saturday that a possible agreement backed by the US, also discussed in Saudi Arabia, to guarantee safe navigation for commercial ships in the black Sea could not be implemented until the restrictions are lifted and the international payment to the shipment.

The details of the possible agreement were not disclosed, but it seemed to mark another attempt to guarantee the safe shipment of the Black Sea after a 2022 agreement that was negotiated by the UN and Turkey detained by Russia the following year.
