Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a memorandum, exclusive shared with Breitbart News, which aims to prevent the mutilation of children in the United States through gender transfer.
In the memorandum to the employees of the Department of Justice (DOJ), Bondi blamed former President Joe Biden and the Biden-Harris administration for “the fraud and exploitation of parents and children of the medical community who have fallen to the radical gender ideology.” Bondi pointed out how Biden had “advanced” the transgender agenda by “organizing transgender activists such as Dylan Mulvaney” and appointing Rachel Levine as the former assistant secretary of Human Services (HHS).

The memorandum continued: “In accordance with the president’s directive, I am issuing the following orientation to all employees of the Department of Justice to enforce rigorous protections and hold those who take advantage of vulnerable children and their parents.”
Bondi continued to observe that the Department of Justice would apply “laws that prohibit female genital mutilation”, would investigate “the violations of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic and False Claims Law”, and would be “promotion of the new legislation that protects children.”
