Oklahoma K-9 Sniffs Out Suitcases Full of ‘Black Market Marijuana’

An application of Law K-9 made a great duration of discovery at a recent traffic stop in Oklahoma.

In a publication on social networks, Sheriff Andy R. Cumberledge of the Sheriff’s Office of the Love County said Sergeant K9. Stone made a traffic stop on Wednesday morning on Wednesday in a southern vehicle on interstate 35 after noticing several traffic violations.

Sheriff Cumberledge wrote:

When he approached the vehicle and spoke with the driver, he discovered that the driver did not speak English and Asian ancestry. Finally, the Sheriff’s K9 Bobby was deployed in the vehicle and gave a positive alert to the smell of narcotics in the trunk of the vehicle. A search for probable cause of the vehicle was carried out and within 2 large suit boxes on the trunk were 62 packages sealed in the black market marijuana with a total of more than 54 pounds.

The Sheriff said that the car did not contain any element to indicate that the man was “moving”, then declared that “the individual tried traffic from [sic] Marijuana from Oklahoma to Texas and through proactive surveillance and implacable dedication our deputies caught them have red and presented charges against them to the Office of District Prosecutors. “

The authorities reserved him at the Love County Justice Center as a result of the incident.

“Great work for our K9 team and helping the deputies,” the Sheriff concluded.
