The NFL Draft leaflet Isaiah Bond was delivered to the police in Frisco, Texas, on a pending order that implies sexual assault, according to multiple reports.
The expected second round has published Bond since then and was released.
The former Texas open receiver also issued a statement at the night of the day on Instagram after the news occurred.
“Regarding the accusation made against me, I would appreciate the time and the opportunity to defend myself and prove the claims made, obviously false,” said Bond’s statement. “I am in full cooperation with the authorities and I will continue to be a willing and active participant in the investigation. Unfortunately, statements like these prove to be harmful to all involved, in the absence of a complete review.
“I kindly request that everyone reserve the trial until the authorities provide a complete report based on truth and evidence.”
It is not clear when or where the alleged incident occurred.
Bond, who played his first two seasons with Alabama, transferred to Texas the last low season.
Currently, the best wide receptors that can be displayed in this year’s Draft class are signed in ESPN number 10.
Bond had 34 trapped for 540 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games for the Longhorns last season.
He also had four haules for 98 yards and a touchdown while fighting with a persistent ankle injury.
He caught only one pass for 22 yards in the game for the title of the SEC and was set aside for the first round of the university soccer playoff against Clemson.
He later returned to the Peach Bowl against Arizona State, but did not catch a pass.
In the next game, the CFP semifinal, had a capture for eight yards in a defeat against the state of Ohio.
Later, a 4.39 seconds of 40 yards in the NFL Combine ran.
