A man who fatally looted from a Hotel Times Square accidentally fell out of a window, police said this week.
Emmanuel Velez’s body was discovered just after 6:45 am on April 6 at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis HS ceiling in 120 West 46th St. after he collapsed from the 15 or 45 -time Square floor, according to police sources.
Vélez, 39, was homeless and stayed at the hotel in West 45th Street, near the seventh avenue, where the rooms get an average of $ 279 per night, the sources said.
