In Los Angeles, once in the girl owned by Ibrahim Bin Laden-Half-Half-Brother of the late leader of Al-Qaeda Osama Bin Laden has been started out of the market after not finding a buyer despite the years of price cuts, the position has started.

The 7,100 square feet Mediterranean style, which initially appears for $ 28 million in 2021, saw its initial price fell to $ 21.5 million before being taken from the market on April 5.

A source told The Post that two sacrifices of significant reduction of the current sale price reached the property, both with the aim of demolishing it. Nothing was definitive and the house left the market. The previous list had announced the residence as one to dig.

“This house will be demolished at some point,” said the source. However, local records do not show documentation for a demolition of strengthening and it is not clear if, if the standing residence faces the demolition ball, an empty lot will return to sale.

Bought in 1983 for $ 1.65 million with his then wife Christine Hartunian Sinay, the 7,100 square feet, built in 1931, was abandoned after the attacks of September 11, with Ibrahim never returning to the United States. Coldwell Banker Realty

What is safe: severe vandalism and decades of negligence have made property uninhabitable.

Built in 1931 in one of the original large air lots developed by the Alphonzo Bell oil tycoon, the farm has a historical adjustment.

In the 1960s, he was the home of Arthur Freed, Hollywood’s producer behind classics such as “Singin” in the Rain “and” The Wizard of Oz. ”

Ibrahim Bin Laden, one of the 56 children of the Saudi construction magnate Mohammed Bin Awad Bin Laden, acquired the property in 1983 for $ 1.65 million with his wife, the socialite of Los Angeles Christunian Sinay.

The couple, who shares a daughter, Sibba Hartunian, maintained a luxurious lifestyle there, using “full -time sneakers, domestic help, drivers and private security,” according to Steve Coll’s book, “The Biny Ladens: An Arabian: Ladens:”

The seven bedroom mansion and five bathrooms with a guest house, a greenhouse and a pool was abandoned after the terrorist attacks of September 11.

Ibrahim, who was abroad at that time, never returned to the United States, cautious of stigma attached to his last name.

A former student from the University of Southern California who admitted that “he never worked one day in [his] The life “Ibrahim leased the property, and by 2010, it had become a place of porn filming.

Despite its main location, a short walk of the iconic Bel-Aair hotel, the condition of the farm deteriorated.

The addressed windows could not deter vandals, and the interior fell into poor condition, with only scarce images available due to their decrepit state.

The list highlighted its value as a “weird lot of lower air with elevation and a high pad”, noting that the price reflected the land alone, since the house had been “ready to rebuild, the owner has not been here for about 20 years.”
