Ice raids in recent days have impacted several communities in Los Angeles County, including the city of Los Angeles, Paramount, Culver City and Boyle Heights.
It is not clear exactly how many undocumented immigrants have affected the bone, but the White House said federal agents have arrested 330 immigrants in southern California and the central coast from the Weet of the raids on Friday.
Among those deported, the raids were José Ortiz, who worked for Ambiance Apparel, a warehouse in the Los Angeles fashion district, during the last 18 years. On Sunday, Jesús Cruz, 52, was arrested while working as a cleaner in Westchester Hand Wash. According to the reports, the ice agents on the coast had been presented in the fields of the farm and the packers from the central coast to the San Joaquín Valley.
The National Security Department published a list of nine men who, according to the Federal Agency, were arrested and have serious criminal record.
Since raids begged on Friday, several local and regional organizations begged to collect funds and donated articles to help those whose family members have been arrested or already deported. The aid also goes to the members of the immigrant community who live with fear of being dragged into future raids.
