An illegal foreigner is accused of stabbing Branden Probst, 29, a father of two girls, in Fauquier County, Virginia, at the end of last month.
José Velásquez-Martínez, a 27-year-old illegal foreigner from El Salvador, has been arrested by the Sheriff’s office of Fauquier County and accused of probst mooring.
According to the Police, Probst and Velásquez-Martínez were out of a residence when they entered a hood. Velásquez-Martínez, alleges that the police stabbed Probst in the neck and fled the scene.
Probst made its way in the residence that accelerates. The woman who lived in the residence, Jutte Breeden, returned home before 10 pm to find Probst Estiming. Probst later died from his wounds and days later, Velásquez-Martínez was arrested.
Breeden told Fox5 DC that his community is flooded with illegal immigration.
“I think there are many illegal immigrants here. I think some are honestly trying to make a better life for them, but unfortunately, among them there are people like this we are with,” Breeden said.
They confirmed the officials of Velásquez-Martínez, confirmed that immigration and customs control officials (ICE) is an illegal foreigner from El Salvador that crossed the southern border as a gain in 2011 under the administration of Obama.
ICE agents have presented a detention against Velásquez-Martínez, who remains in the Fauquier County prison.
Probst’s sister, Jessica, wrote in a Goofundme post that her burnt brother leaves two young daughters “who will grow without a dad.”
