The House of Representatives approved a bill that limits the authority of the judges in the Federal District Courts and would prevent them from being able to issue precautionary measures.
In a vote of 218-214, the Chamber of Representatives approved HR 1526, also known as the Non Rogue Rules Law (Norra). The bill was presented by Rep. Darrell ISSA (R-CA).
According to the text of the bill, HR 1526 “would amend Title 28, Code of the United States, to limit the authority of the District Courts to provide a precautionary relief and for other purposes.”
