Ryan Wesley Routh, the second candidate for President Donald Trump Durable of the 2024 electoral season, accused of trying to kill the president in his golf course in September, has been accused of murder and terrorism.
Florida James Uthmeier’s attorney general said Fox and friends On Thursday, his office has finally assured an order and is accusing Routh of an attempt at first degree murder and terrorism after the former administration looted Florida’s efforts to “pursue justice.”
“We want a justice system that is willing to seek justice, regardless of what part is in charge,” said Uthmeier. “Joe Biden and the Democrats did everything possible to drag their feet and refuse cooperation with the state of Florida.”
“Under the Attorney General Bondi and the Trump administration and our new director of the FBI, it has been a breath of fresh air, very different. They have been transparent and cooperative,” added the Attorney General of Florida.
Uthmmeier also pointed out that the federal government has made its Avia probative brochure, until its office, and that more evidence on the case will soon be public.
Routh, who also faces federal positions, now faces state charges in Florida for attempted first degree murder and terrorism in an alleged plot to kill President Trump in his West Palm Beach golf course on September 15, 2024.
After the apparent attempt of murder in September, the governor of Florida, Ron Desantis (R), signed an executive order that authorizes state agencies to present positions, as an attempt to murder, reminding the public that in most cases, the murder attempt is a state crime.
If he is convicted, the aspiring murderer’s suspect could have life imprisonment.
Routh, who, according to the reports, wrote: “This was an attempt to murder” in a letter to a friend, he declared innocent of the positions of attempted murder of a president who has an alreamy leg presented against him by a large federal jury.
The last positions against Routh arrive days after federal prosecutors revealed that the 59 -year -old suspect tried to obtain military degrees, including a rocket launcher, from someone who knew in Ukraine as part of his murder.

The prosecutors say that the early hours of the morning of September 15, 2024, Routh established a sniper hiding place near Trump International Golf Club, where he was armed with a military degree SKS rifle that he had obtained illegally and placed himself.

Routh’s trial is established at the beginning of September 8, 2025.
The September 15 incident was the second attempt to murder that President Trump survived in the period of two months of the electoral campaign of 2024.
On July 13, Trump survived little at an attempt to murder when he was shot in his ear after the first failed murderer suspect, Thomas Matthew Crooks, opened fire at the moment, was a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
