On Friday, “Alex Marlow Show”, Breitbart News, senior collaborator and president of the government’s responsibility institute, Peter Schweizer, discussed the battles between the Trump administration and some judges.
Schweizer said Trump needs to continue nominating good judges and lawyers should “seek opportunities to obtain definitive cases before the Supreme Court, because the Supreme Court is a solid conservative majority. There that shows that federal judges really have tasks of this power … There is a rather solid argument so that too much authority has assumed” as in national injuries.
