The former American prosecutor, Joyce Vance, said Friday in “The Beat” of MSNBC that the Supreme Court deciding the federal government must facilitate the return of a man deported to El Salvador had become a “complete confrontation” between the administration and the courts.
Vance said: “The question that I think we are all becoming this week, seeing the event after the event, is the dream of fever?
She added: “We are in a complete confrontation between this White House and the Courts. And the question is, do the courts have the serious level or teeth of application capacity at some point? Will we enter and said it, Yyyyyyyyy likes them?
