A woman from the Cleveland area has a bone accused of creating and distributing child pornography involves the little ones she had while working as a nanny in her homes.
Molly Duncan de Beachwood, Ohio, is the battery or sexual exploitation of children and the distribution of visual representations of young children dedicated to sexual explicit behavior, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) announced on Friday.
The criminal complaint that led to Duncan’s sentence alleges that the 25 -year -old “created sexual abuse materials of small age in his homes in the northeast of Ohio in 2024, and distributed the materials to others in 2024 and 2025”.
“Duration A search in the defendant’s residence, the authorities confiscated several electronic devices that were found that contained materials of child sexual abuse (CSAM), also known as child pornography,” the United States prosecutor’s office for the northern dictation.
Duncan allegedly abduced at least two girls in Chardon and Kent, created child sexual abuse materials in the children’s homes and then shared explicit images with others through Snapcat, according to a WkyC report.
Judicial records reveal that Snapchat notified the authorities of 15 explicit sexual videos involving children from the Duncan account, according to a Cleveland.com report.
According to the reports, a video showed Duncan’s sex abusing a lot of a small child, while another presented the 25 -year -old in a sexual act with a second child, according to judicial records.
Duncan also admitted to having created the explicit sexual videos with his phone and saving them to his Snapchat account, the Court said.
Cell phone records also revealed that the former babysitter sent at least three different people child pornography or videos of sexual abuse.
Supposedly, the researchers also found multiple chats on Duncan’s phone in which he revealed their sexual fantasies that involved children, including their aspirations to abuse their own Dead Trainky if it is pure to have one day.
“She will not have an option. Unless she is sick or wounded,” I read a message sent to Duncan.
Duncan is detained in federal custody and will appear before the Court for a preliminary and detention hearing on Wednesday.
The 25 -year -old faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison if he is declared guilty of sexual exploitation of children and a mandatory minimum of five years in prison if he is convicted of distributing child pornography.
The charges have a maximum prison sentence of 30 years and 20 years, respectively.
The National Security Department is leading criminal investigation into Duncan together with the task force of Ohio’s Internet crimes against children, with the assistance of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office.
