The legal problems of the 56 -year -old Simi Valley women are after being trapped in a video that faced a seven -month pregnant street seller and pushing her car towards her in an incident that culminated with the end of Peddler Endler Endler Endler.
The civil rights lawyers for the seller, identified as Mary B., said Friday in the center of Los Angeles who will file a lawsuit against Julie Christine Sánchez, 56, for the alleged assault, calling for the motivated Racia.
The incident has some inexplicable implications since both the assailant and the victim have Spanish names. There is no comment from Sánchez.
Los Angeles television stations report that the Simi Valley police have summoned Sánchez for the drums, and ordered him to compare in the Superior County Court of Ventura on May 14.
Sánchez’s confrontation, apparently caused by his disgust by the seller who worked in his neighborhood, was captured both in the victim’s cell phone and in a nearby surveillance chamber on Monday.
Mary’s lawyers said it was the first time that Sanchez had faced her, that she is supported by Sánchez’s words in the video.
“I told you not to go up more on my street. Goods for the value of my properties and I (expletive) Meean,” says Sánchez while walking his French bulldog with a belt. “Goods for the values of my properties.”
The seller was pushing an attractive organized car of sweets and snacks along the sidewalk. In the video, Sánchez pushes the car to the woman, apparently making her fall towards the pavement.
The incident took place on Monday before 4:30 pm, near the intersection of Torrance Street and Brandon Avenue.
In the video, Mary is heard responding in Spanish to Sánchez’s aggressions. According to Ktla 5, at one time, the seller said: “Let me pass. I am not delaying bone in your own home.”
In response to Mary’s Spanish, Sánchez says: “America? English.”
“This woman in Simi Valley attacked Mary, attacked her unborn son and attacked the community of street vendors in Los Angeles,” said civil rights lawyer Christian Contreras at the press conference announcing the demand.
Contreras and the other civil rights lawyer of Mary, Humberto Guizar, are now asking the Ventura County District Prosecutor to present charges of hate crimes against Sánchez.
