Hold the molten chocolate cake, at least for now.

Bryant Park Grill by Michael Weinstein won a temporary postponement of the court of his lessor to replace him with a more elegant restaurant directed by the famous chef Jean-Georges Vongichten, who created the dessert often copied.

The judge of the Supreme Court of Manhattan, Anar Rathod Patel, prohibited the non -profit organization Bryant Park Corporation to close the grill, which has served the park attendees for almost 30 years, until an audience of April 22 on Weinstein’s demand against the corporation.

However, it was a niece why the grill needed a postponement such as the lease until April 30.

The increasingly bitter dispute has shaken the lush oasis of the city center since the president of the Corporation that Biederman chose Vongichten about Weinstein’s Ark Restaurant Corp. to renew its lease.

The Vongichten Empire includes its badge-georges badge in Columbus Circle, four twenty-five in Park Avenue and Fulton in the sea port. Ark’s 20 American restaurants include Robert at the top of the Museum of Arts and Design in Columbus Circle.

If Vongichten prevails in the Court, park attendees could face a summer without food other than snack stalls. Biederman told Community Board 5 that the plans include a closure of one year to redesign the place, as the post previously reported.

“We are all crying, but we hope for the Court to keep us here,” said a grill employee called his name to the sunny Tuesday afternoon.

According to the reports, the grill, including its satellites in the park, Bryant Park Cafe and the porch, at $ 28 million in revenues in 2024, which makes it one of the most collection restaurants in the country.

Ark states that Biederman’s choice of Seport Entertainment Group, which would be the Vongichten’s Restaurant restaurant, was “a simulated process” not advertising the application for proposals and brushed $ 3 of $ 3 of $ 3.3

“This is a public concession in a public park,” said Weinstein. “Bryant Park is not a private property to do what you want. You have to follow the law.”

But Biederman insisted that Vongichten’s election was completely legal. He told the Community Board that the Vongichten company “presents the best combination of operational records, financial strength and creative talent in the food and design field.”

Biederman expressed his confidence that the Bryant Park corporation will prevail.

“The judge declared that he will not prevent the owner from beginning the eviction of the Procodensgens Aghest Ark” after the lease, Biederman told The Post.
