SAN FRANCISCO – The Warriors Steph Curry guard is expected to be available for the end of Sunday’s regular season against the clippers.
“We are planning to play, but first you have to overcome warming,” said Warriors coach Steve Kerr.
Winning the duration in Portland, Curry returned to the locker room with 1:59, removing in the first quarter after hitting his right thumb in the knee of a Blazer defender on a road.
Curry returned in the middle of the second quarter with a wrapping around his right hand, and said after the game that the radiographs made negative.
The 37 -year -old previously deals with a thumb injury in January.
Warriors can ensure seed number 6 and avoid the game tournament with a victory. If Golden State loses, the team is in danger of falling to seed number 7.
Curry has also been upset by a pelvis injury suffered in a March game against Toronto, and has used protection equipment since two games were lost on the long road trip of the team season.
Curry has averaged 24.4 points, 4.4 rebounds and 6.0 assists in 69 games played this season.
