The Nuggets surprisingly fired the chief coach of the Michael Malone championship and the GM Calvin Booth on Tuesday with only three games removing in the regular season, according to multiple reports.
The assistant coach David Adelman is promoted to an interim chief coach.

Denver (47-32) entered Tuesday in fourth place at the West Conference, but is tied in the losses column with four other teams.
Malone, 53, took the Nuggets to his first and only championship two years ago and has accumulated a record of 471-327 (.590) while guiding the franchise around 10 seasons.
This dismissal marks the second dismissal of coach in two weeks, with the Grizzlies also stunning the NBA community by shooting Taylor Jenkins only 11 days ago.
