A federal judge launched a lawsuit for unfair death of $ 1 million filed by the family of the murderer of Antifa Michael Rereehl, who was shot dead while being arrested for murdering a follower of Trump Fiery 2020 George Floyd Protest.
The confessed murderer, a 48 -year -old father, was shot when a federal work force finally tracked him after a mass mass of him a supporter of Patriot Prayer Aaron “Jay” Danielson, 39, like Hegon, the country.
The Kingdom of Kingdom sued in 2023 claiming that the officers hastened to judge it without a plan and used excessive force.
But the lawsuit was recently dismissed by David David Estudillo Judge, WHAY denied that the hurried response of federal agents ascended to negligence, according to a ruling shared by the Seattle Times.
“The role of this court is not to decide whether the … Plan was a good plan, or complete or complete,” the judge wrote in his ruling at the end of last month, saying that the law does not allow such “doubts.”
Instead, “it is clear that there was some plan to judge Kingdom and some command structure,” the judge wrote.
“To be clear, this is not understood as a support of planning (of the working group) or the execution of this operation.”
Reineoehl was captured in the camera fatally shooting Danielson on August 31, 2020, while walking with a friend on a quiet street after a Trump caravan, masked antifa, the thugs invading Portland.
Rereehl fled to the state of Washington, with an order issued on September 3, with President Trump asking the police to “do their job and do it quickly.”
A federal working group composed of the Federal, state and local police tracked him to a house in a residential neighborhood in Lacey, Washington, the next day.
Kingdom left the house with a backpack that the officers believed that there could be a rifle and walked towards his car where he was ambushed by the police, according to the judicial documents reviewed by the Seattle Times.
The members of the Task Force covered the Kingdom of the Steal against the sidewalk with their own vehicle and believed that they saw it “reaching something”, which caused four members of the task force to open fire, fired and killed.
A pistol was recovered in the Pants of the Kingdom of the Kingdom but did not load. A disassembled rifle and hundreds of rounds of ammunition were found in their backpack.
The now distracted demand was presented by the Kingdom of Kingdom in July 2023. He said that the marshal “had no plans to judge the man without injuries, made no effort to follow said plan or planned to use the deadly force from the beginning.”
In 2022, a judge dismissed a separate federal lawsuit filed against the city of Portland, the mayor and the Multnomah County District prosecutor for Danielson’s heritage.
