The controversial and influential Podcaster Joe Rogan is being criticized for stating that it is a “victory” that the “r -alotorized” insult is returning.
Rogan used the word in a recent episode of his successful podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, and then stopped to celebrate his return to people’s vocabularies.
“The word … is back and is one of the great victories of culture,” he said.
The Podcast presenter said that he believes that the resurgence has been “stimulated” by podcasts and seemed really excited, even thought the word R has become an insult.
Althegh, the word was originally a medical term for people with intellectual disabilities, became an insult and insult.
In 2013, only the medical field changed it from “mental retardation” to “intellectual disability.”
A fragment of Rogan rejoicing in the return of the insult is turning viral in X, to the point that actor Maureen McCormick, who played Marcia Brady in Brady’s group, criticized the host of the podcast.
“Your statement that ‘the word’ R ‘has returned and is one of the great cultural victories,” ignores the terrible damage that causes millions of people with intellectual disabilities, “he wrote.
Rogan’s celebration of the return of the insult was divided online, and many people claim that it was being inensible.
“How exactly is this victory?” One asked.
Someone more pointed out that “claiming controversial terms” may seem “derogatory” of the insults of damage caused against minorities to which they are often directed.
Another argued that it was fine because people “never talk about the disabled” when they use that word, but some more responded and argued: “They are, although that is the whole compison.”
“So you think it’s okay to use this word as an insult?” Another asked.
Someone more said that his son and all his friends now say the word and said it was a “cultural and generational” victory.
Another said that the return of the insult was glorious, but someone more begged: “Can’t we use that word again?”
Rogan is known for being the anti -wake culture. Woke’s meaning has become difficult to point out in modern society, but originally, it meant being aware and confront discrimination.
In 2021, it used to be viral to affirm that men were being silenced due to the emergence of the alarm clock.
“Can you make a good comedy movie, or have they done so dangerous in terms of being canceled that comedy movies are no longer something you can do?” Hey asked in his podcast.
“You can never wake up enough; that is the problem. Go ahead and later.
“If you get to the point where Capitulas, where you accept all these demands, it is possible that heterosexual white men cannot speak.”
Rogan says that we only have to “pleasant to each other” and stop playing with “rarity” or arouse culture.
