A handful of protesters were escorted, arrested, and two were compensated, on Tuesday, while interrupted an event of the City Council for representatives. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
The place of the event event at the Acworth Community Center in the state of Peach, where Greene came to talk about constituent services.
According to the police, six attendees were escorted and three others were arrested, two or who were also compensated.
“Well, welcome to everyone,” Greene said in the midst of chaos, thanking police officers for their work.
“This is not a political rally. This is not a protest. If you stop and you want to protest, if you want to shout and sing, we will have eliminated, just like that man was expelled,” said the congresswoman, then, then, the offspring, “this is” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “.” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “.
“Now, this is a Pacific City Council, ladies and gentlemen, this should not have to happen,” he said.
Greene shared a video of a protest that was eliminated and defended police officers who faced criticism for the way they carried out Themelves.
“These protesters were upset and aggressive and lost control of themselves at the time the town began. And the press knows it because it happened right in front of them!” She said, pointing to hypocrisy and added that they have “tons of video that demonstrates absolutely that the protesters were rebellious and fought and resisted the police.”
When asked about the interruptions after the City Council, Greene said “should not be so” in the United States.
“The United States voted too much in November for President Trump, the republican control of the Chamber and the Senate, and how people should handle their businesses are in the vote of both,” he said. “There is no reason to shout, scream, protest scandalous ridiculous. That interrupts the entire event for each person there.”
“And you know, one of the most important things I do is sacrifice constituent services, and that was exactly what I wanted to be able to promote and speak tonight,” he continued, pointing out that the girl or reaction does not detonate her.
“I am not dissuaded. My work is a representative of the people who voted my district, and I have to represent the entire district. That means I have a job to do, and that work is extremely important. No, I am not dissuaded,” he emphasized.
“But I will tell you the story that I think it is extremely important. I have the greatest amount of death threats in Congress and sometimes I have more death threats than only speaker Johnson. And it shouldn’t be in that Waysyy, Postintyae.
“It should not be like that for any elected leader, regardless of the political party they represent,” added the legislator of Georgia.
