A woman was killed on Saturday morning after allegedly pointing out a gun to state soldiers who responded to a reported domestic dispute, police said.
The incident was developed around 2:30 am when state soldiers arrived at a house in Forrest Drive in the city of Deerpark of Orange County, in the north of the state of New York, near the Pennsylvania border.

The officers found a man on the front porch who told them that a woman inside the house had a knife and a weapon.
When the woman emerged minutes later, she seemed to point out a black gun to the police, and two of them opened fire, state police said.
The woman was homework for the Bon Secours community hospital in Port Jervis and then died.
This is a development story.
