Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said Wednesday at the “News Central” of CNN that the United States District Judge, James Boasberg, was a “great judicial hero” for the cause that can be found to keep the Trump administration in criminal contempt for contempt.
Raskin said: “Judge Boasberg strives to reaffirm the precedent to go to 1967, Walker vs. BirminghamHolding that he must comply with a court order, even if he knows, they were in the wrong court, although for some reason there is a change. Look, Judge Boasberg, who was appointed president of Bush when he used in the bank and was Kavanaugh fellow of Kavanaugh in Yale, will go down in history as a great judicial hero for what he is doing here. “
He continued: “He is trying to put a great stop sign against anarchy. He said that I issued a court order so that he would not let those planes be, or if they were in the air to turn them around, they had not yet done so, he did not do it, it cannot be done that it cannot be done, the president of the United States cannot that.
Raskin added: “He is saying, I will give him a last chance, essentially, to purge the contempt of aligning the Trump administration with the law. Therefore, he is giving them a last chance before making a final dose.
