Natasha Wilson and Omar Ahmed take Barry Island 10km titles

South Wales wins on Sunday for Wilson and Ahmed while we bring our last round-up Round-up-ups round-ups round-up.

Barry Island 10 km, South Wales, June 15

Omar Ahmed added another 10 km title to his success list with a general victory at 30:06, since Jonathan Butler left approximately a minute and a half.

The fourth pleasure Inter-Counties Cross-Country had already won four road races this year to go with 15 in 2024.

For women, Natasha Wilson won his second event in a week after winning the half marathon of the Swansea University in 72:13 seven days before.

Here, former Miss Cockram won from Olivia Tsim for more than a minute in 34:21.

Ben Connor, the Olympic of Tokyo 2021, obtained the best quartet, which operated at a rate of less than 30 minutes, before winning six seconds from the American Nick Hauger, at 29:29.

Lee Gratton and John Beattie followed on this course, which is located in a part of the country highlighted by their fast career times.

Samantha Harrison had a more comfortable victory in the Women’s Section when he headed to Sarah Dufour-Jackson for more than minute in 32:34.

The Mansfield corridor, which ran more than 10,000m at the European Games of Champions and Commonwealth of 2022, recorded 30:51 in Valencia 10 km in 2023 before a 2:25:59 in the London Marathon of that year.

Third, W45 Sue Longley, who established a better of all British time of about 5 km earlier this year, recorded 34:40.
