The member of the Baseball of the Major Leagues and the launch icon of the Red Sox of Boston, Pedro Martínez, says that he had family members who were in the Dominican Republic’s nightclub when the roof collapsed on Tuesday, killing at least 113 people.
“I still have relatives who are still in the [rubble] And we don’t know what happened to them, but we just want to be strong, as we always have the leg, “Martínez said in an Instagram post.
The MLB community was beaten by the tragedy with the MLB pitcher and the World Series Octavio assassinated champion, as well as the former MLB player Tony Blanco.
The former MLB star, Nelson Cruz, also confirmed that her sister, Nelsy Cruz, governor of the province of Monte Cristi, was also killed.
