A doctor in Australia was trapped between a rock and a difficult place.

A Queensland surgeon was rebuked and slapped with a fine of $ 10,000 for taking a photo of the penis of a coma patient, who presented a swastika tattoo, and then sharing it in a WhatsApp group chat, according to the New Zealand Herald.

Orthopedic patient application surgery tattooed in April 2019 after a pipe pump that, according to reports, was doing at home exploded in his hands.

It was intubated and placed in a medically induced coma while recovering in intensive care when the surgeon noticed the hateful tattoo.

Then he went to pass the matters in his own hands and shared an image of the patient’s team, the private parts anti -storm in a group chat with his co -workers, El Herald said.

The scandal flew under the radar until the Office of the Ombudsman received advice on the strange order in 2020. The department launched an investigation and discovered that the surgeon’s actions had no “clinical or medical purpose.”

The court that supervises the controversy acknowledged that the surgeon had expressed his regret for sharing private photos, but the doctor was still at all 10 thousand dollars and rebuked.

“The patient was unconscious and particularly vulnerable,” the court said.

It is not clear what happened to the patient after the legal drama and why he was making a pipe bomb in his house in the first place.
