The fourth action instructs the Department of Justice to investigate the anti-”policies that the states administered by the Democrats, which the administration believes that they are unconstitutional.

“One of the biggest problems we have in this space are the Democratic states, the radical leftist states and the inactivity of the policies and the promulgation of an agenda that stops against coal, against safe sources of energy,” said Scharf, and added that many are.
