The security of Buffalo Bills, Damar Hamlin, who has been authorized to resume football activities, said Tuesday that his cardiac duration, a NFL game in January was caused by Commotio Cordis.

Hamlin entered the heart trial after making a Tackle and appealing to be beaten with a helmet in its chest duration the first quarter of the Bills game against the Cincinnati Bengals on January 2.

Commotio Cordis can occur when severe trauma to the chest interrupts the electric charge of the heart and causes dangerous fibrilaciones.

“I died on national television in front of everyone,” Hamlin said in his first session with journalists from the injury. “I lost a lot of people in my life. I know a group of people who lost people in their lives. I know that feeling. That is the greatest blessing of everything, so that I still have my people and my people who still have me.”

The 25 -year -old has been at the Bills Practice Center in Orchard Park, New York, participating in low season volunteers this week, according to the team.

“He is completely authorized,” said Bills Brandon Beane’s general manager to journalists. “He is here.”

Hamlin said he was blessed from having a wonderful medical staff that “I treat me with the care of their children.”

Security said his heart is still in the game and that he was announcing his return to the NFL.

“I just want to show people that fear is a choice. You can continue with something without having the answers and without knowing what is at the end of the tunnel,” he said. “You can feel anxious, you can feel any kind of shape, but still putting that right foot in front of the left and continues. I want to defend that.”

Beane said that Hamlin had seen three separate specialists over the low season, who agreed that the player “is clear to resume complete activities just like One One One returned from an injury.”

“(Hamlin) in a large head space to come and return,” Beane added.

Hamlin attends an event with legislators to introduce the Aeds access law on March 29, 2023 in Washington, DC. The bill that would improve students access to defibrillators in public and private primary and secondary schools.

The boss coach of the Bills, Sean McDermott, said the team is happy that Hamlin has returned.

“We are very excited by Damar. He is advancing one step at a time here. He is clear from a physical point of view,” McDermott said.

“We will provide everything mental that we can of a mind, body and point of view of the spirit, so just happy for what is the leg capable of verifying some of those boxes to this point and we are moving forward one day at the same time.”

According to the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology, if underlying cardiac abnormalities are not discovered through the tests, athletes that have reanimated bone of Commotio Cordis can play again.

Hamlin probably performed many tests, including electrocardiograms and echocardiograms, before doctors clear it to return to training.

“What it basically Meaning to Few Things. One is that his heart function return to normal. Was to do a Lot of Tests, “CNN Chief Medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta Said On” CNN News Central. ”
