A 20 -year -old Ohio woman faces charges for serious crimes after fighting with an 11 -year -old girl in a public park on Friday and tells the girl of the girl who expects her daughter to die.
Destany Scott of Canton, Ohio, was arrested on Friday after supposedly criticizing the head of an 11 -year -old girl against a slide, according to a 19 News Cleveland report.
As arrested, Scott also the girl’s mother, Paige Dishong, who expects her 11 -year -old daughter to die, a police report from the Canton Police Department states.
After being arrested on Friday, Scott was accused of an assault on Miscreenor and disorderly behavior, so he has already arrested and declared himself innocent.
Then, duration of his first reading of positions on Tuesday, Scott was accused of criminal assault, aggravated assault, resistance to trial, obstructing official businesses and disorderly behavior, said Cleveland 19 News.
According to the reports, the authorities have video images of the alleged assault against the 11 -year -old girl.
A Canton Police report also reveals that when listening to Scott tells him that his hopes die, Diskong ran to the 20 -year -old.
As a result, the mother of the 11 -year -old was also arrested. She was accused of messy behavior and official business obstruction.
Dishong told the Police that Scott fought with his son in a park and “the head of the metal part of a slide was repeatedly hit,” says the police report.
Scott must return in the Municipal Court of Canton on Thursday for its second reading positions.
Meanwhile, Dishong is scheduled to be prosecuted on May 2.
