Duration an appearance in Newsmax TV on Saturday, the evangelist Franklin Graham shared his thoughts on the events that led to the crucifixion of Christ and its importance in the history of Easter.

“Jesus took our sins and died on that cross, shedding his blood, and was buried in a grave,” he continued. “Then, yes, he came out on Sunday. He left that tomb of sin. He is alive and is alive today. And so, if we confess our sins and rpents and move away from them, God will forgive us. You don’t have to do it. You don’t have to do something difficult.
“And that’s what Easter is about,” Graham added. “This is a new beginning. It is a new opportunity.”
