Through the probation pipe of former President Joe Biden.

In March, Trump revoked probation for about 532000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela, who were released within the United States by the Biden administration despite not having been legal.

As a result, the Trump administration told such migrants that they would need to deport themselves from the United States or face deportation by immigration and customs application (ICE).

The Justice Action Center and Human Rights first sued the Trump administration, claiming that the president did not have the authority to cancel Biden’s probation pipe and, therefore, make more than half a million migrants eligible for deportation.

This week, the American district judge Indira Talwani, appointed by former President Barack Obama, issued a stay, preventing the Trump administration from finishing the probation pipeline:

The termination of processes of probation for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans, 90 fed. Reg. 13611 (March 25, 2025), is waiting for an additional court order Insoodof a It Revokes, Without Case-by-Case Review, The Previous Poles Venezua “and Venezua, and Venezua and Venezue Nancitizen’s Dittent final ending date. [Emphasis added]

The Justice Action Center and Human Rights are first the two organizations that represent Biden’s probation migrants in the case.

In 2023, the bases of the open society of the Soros network rewarded the Justice Action Center with a subsidy of $ 450,000 for “general support” of the organization’s mission.

Similarly, from 2016 to 2021, the foundations of the Open Society of the Soros network threw almost $ 6.2 million into the Arcas of Human Rights First.

This is not the first demand linked to Soros that tries to stop Trump’s immigration agenda.

As Breitbart News reported last month, the organization of democracy linked by Soros was partial behind a lawsuit that sought to prevent Trump from sporting to illegal members of alien gangs of the law of use of Alien enemies.
