The New York city tour helicopter that collapsed on the Hudson River on Thursday, killing six people, once used in a promotional video now chilling announcing the supposed security history of the tourist company, which has stagnated the operations.
A representative of the New York helicopters said the company “is not operating until an additional warning”, a few days after a family of five visits from Spain and its pilot died in the horrible accident.
In a statement published on site, the firm said it was “deeply sad for the tragic accident and loss of lives that occurred on April 10, 2025, involving one of our helicopters in the Hudson River.”
The statement insisted on “the safety and well -being of our passengers and crew has always been the cornerstone of our operations”, and the “immediate approach of the company is to support families and their loved ones affected by this tragedy, as well as cooperate completely with the research of FAA and NTSB”.
The Images of the Bell 206L condemned helicopter are still available on the firm’s website in a section called “Why Election Us” and YouTube.
In the video, which has no sound, a man is checking the helicopter before planned takeoff.
“We have a leading security record in the industry,” says the website together with the clip.
The helicopter discomfort was removed by the center of Skyport in the center of Manhattan at approximately 1:50 pm on Thursday, with the Siemens Agustin Escober executive, his wife, Mercè Camprubí Montal, and his three, and Varin, 10, Merced.
