Feds Charge 18 Illegals with Stealing Social Security Numbers

More than a boxes, illegal foreigners have been accused of stealing the identities of the Americans, defrauding the Social Security Administration in the process, the officials of the Immigration and Customs Control (ICE) announced on Fridays.

According to ICE officials, 18 illegal criminal foreigners were accused of aggravated identity theft, misuse of social security numbers and false statements regarding US citizenship with the intention of participating in illegal employment.

If it is guilty, illegal foreigners face between 2 and 12 years in prison. Those accused illegal foreigners are:

  • Luvin Daniel Hernández Amador, or Honduras, was accused on February 27, 2025;

  • Elvin Donahel Hernández Amador, or Honduras, was accused on December 17, 2024;

  • Elmer Modesto Amador, or Honduras, was accused on October 1, 2024;

  • Junior Eduardo Ferrufino Andino, or Honduras, was accused on October 1, 2024;

  • Noe Ardon, or Honduras, was accused on June 25, 2024;

  • Sindi Yamileth Mejia Avila, or Guatemala, was accused on December 17, 2024;

  • Cristian Daniel Díaz-García, or Honduras, is scheduled for trial in April 2025;

  • Pedro Amaya Enriquez, or Honduras, was accused on June 25, 2024;

  • Juan Rendiz Ledesma, or Mexico, was accused on June 25, 2024;

  • Erlin Maradiaga-Flores, or Honduras, declared himself guilty of aggravated identity theft and sentenced on October 17, 2024 to 2 years in a federal prison;

  • Nidia Maradiaga-Flores, or Honduras, is scheduled for the trial in April 2025;

  • Allan Gómez-Zelaya, or Honduras, declared himself guilty of aggravated identity theft on January 30, 2024. Sencing scheduled for April 15, 2025;

  • Elieser Gómez-Zelaya, or Honduras, had an accusation of overcoming returned on September 27, 2023;

  • Juan Molina-Sales, or Honduras, was accused on September 6, 2023.

The charges occur when the administration of President Donald Trump is increasing the application of federal laws related to identity theft among illegal foreigners.

This week, for example, the Internal Tax Service (IRS) announced an agreement with ICE to help the agency more easily to locate and stop illegal foreigners who have been ordered, as well as those who have stolen the social security numbers of the Americans.

From 2012 to 2016, the Immigration Reform Law (IRLI) potentially found 39 million cases in which Americans had their identities and social security numbers stolen by illegal foreigners.
