As Breitbart News reported, the secretary of the DHS of former President Joe Biden, Alejandro Mayorkas, sought to dismantle program 287 (g) while destroying the immigration detention space.

In one case, Mayorkas forced at the end of Bristol County, the Massachusetts Agreement with ICE that had helped agents obtain the custody of illegal foreigners accused of attempted murder, child violation and other child sexual crimes, strangulation, theft of armed cars and aggravated assault with a mortal weapon, among other crimes.
