Shake Shack’s Just Dubai Chocolate Shake is the superstar of junk food of the year.
I found it surprisingly well, despite my disgust for the endless exaggeration around Dubai chocolate. It is worth its price of $ 9.24 and 1,080 calories.
I was ready to hate the shake, inspired by chocolate bars full of cream and viral pistachio legs that were created by a Dubai chocolate room and have inspired countless imitations and iterations throughout the world.
But Danny Meyer’s kitchen elves made me believe in the contribution of the kingdom rich in oil to global kitchen.
They make the shake covering a plastic glass from 16 to semency with black chocolate that dries to a hard peel and detaches into small delicious pieces while consumes the gift.
The main smoothie component is a delicious mixture of honey, frozen vanilla cream, thick pistachio cream and soft pieces of grated pastry mass known as kataifi. The final result is almost white, but, do not fear, the dreaded white chocolate is not involved in any way.

They sacrifice me a straw, but you almost need a shovel for the thick pistachio layer at the top.
