The European Union has suspended its retaliation rates announced against the United States in favor of negotiating an agreement, saying that it has a “task note” or the pause of the Trump rate in all countries, except in China.
“We want to give negotiations a chance,” said the head of the European Commission on Thursday when he reflected the movement of President Donald Trump to suspend tariffs worldwide, except for China of commercial warm mentality.
The European Union only approved its “retaliation tasks” on Wednesday afternoon, a response to Donald Trump’s steel and aluminum rates, which had been diluted from previous proposals and reached only a fraction of what the United States proposes to impose.
