Brooklyn DA drops charges against Council Member Susan Zhuang who bit NYPD chief — instead opts for ‘restorative justice’

The criminal charges against the member of the Brooklyn Council, Susan Zhuang, who allegedly bit a New York police detective, an out of control protest, has been withdrawn after she completed a “restorative justice” program.
