Judy’s career began with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a passion for movement that inspired her to become an aerobics instructor. That passion evolved into entrepreneurship when she opened her own aerobics studio, which grew into a renowned full-facility boutique gym with more than 35 employees. Never content with standing still, Judy continued to expand her expertise, becoming a Certified Exercise Physiologist, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and a Nationally Board-Certified Health Coach. She earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and is now pursuing a PhD in Lifestyle Medicine—cementing her reputation as both a practitioner and thought leader in the emerging field of lifestyle as the most powerful medicine.
